The puppies of the litter R and their owners got together for a weekend to learn, practice, socialize and to have a good time.
We were lucky to get an experienced pointing dog trainer there to educate us, mostly about the search. Puppies are developing
well.

Volage passed the annual water test with good points 4/5. She worked calmly, determined and with enthusiasm. On the land she
had to put the large mallard down for a moment to take a better grip on it, so she lost one point.
The water test points will be multiplied with five and then added to the field trial points on autumn. So Volage now has 20/100 points
for the field trials. In Finland the Prize I requires 80/100 p. and the Prize II requires 60/100 p. Now the water test points will be
well enough even for the Prize I.

Last night Volage gave birth to five healthy puppies, two males and three females. |

Volage has been in an ultrasonography today and she is definitely expecting. We saw many vital puppies.
This will be the first successful transatlantic breeding in Braque du Bourbounnais.

Volage's litter sister Vinnie (Venus du Pontelle de Maicou) scored a Prize I in Utility Test, 201 points out
a possible 204 points. Vinnie is owned by Mr. Lonn Kuck, USA. Congratulations!

Great news! Volage's hips were examined and they were excellent.
We are planning on breeding Volage next year.
